- Scotland: If You reside in Scotland, nothing in these Terms prevents You from benefiting from mandatory provisions of Scots law.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached:
- English & Welsh Jurisdiction: If You reside in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute, except that if You are a consumer residing in Wales, You may also bring proceedings in Welsh courts.
- Scottish Jurisdiction: If You are a consumer residing in Scotland, You may bring legal proceedings in respect of the Service in either the Scottish courts or the courts of England and Wales.
International & Sanctions Compliance
You represent and warrant that You are not subject to any economic, financial, or trade sanctions administered or enforced by the UK Government (including HM Treasury), the European Union, or the United States government, nor are You located in a country subject to a comprehensive UK or US government embargo.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction (whether in England and Wales or Scotland), such provision shall be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Failure or delay by a party to exercise any right or remedy provided under these Terms or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
