Evans Mediation and Paralegal Services Ltd is working in partnership with Age UK Milton Keynes to provide the drafting and preparation of Lasting Power of Attorney documents, the preparation and submission of Applications for their registration, and the drafting of wills.

Milton Keynes City Council support people with dementia and their carers to maintain independence and quality of life. Our current plan is to continue to develop services which provide support to people with dementia in line with Government guidelines and best practice.
We provide a free, confidential service to unpaid carers from the age of eight upwards who are looking after family or friends who cannot manage without that support.
Support groups offer specialist advice on a wide range of issues surrounding disability and are often run by those who have, or have family or friends with, the specific condition or disability the group represents.
