Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or completely new to the practice, we’d love for you to come and find some balance and harmony with us. Qigong Taichi Centre at Yogalily Studio are hosting a free community Qigong session by the beautiful waters of Furzton Lake, and absolutely everyone is welcome.
It’s a wonderful opportunity to move gently, breathe deeply, and connect with nature and our local community.
